Transportation to the hotel could be more efficient!!! It took too long to check in and the location is quite far from town!!! Some furniture in the room could use updating!!!

While the food was exquisite, the dining timing felt rushed at breakfast with limited options available, which slightly detracted from the otherwise perfect stay.

Exceptional mountain view

Staying here was a unique experience. The in-room private onsen offered an incredible way to unwind, while the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji created a serene atmosphere. Meal times were exceptional, particularly the exquisite local ingredients that made every dish memorable—especially the delicious grilled cheese. However, our stay was marred by issues. We faced significant cleanliness problems and poor communication from management when concerns arose, which left us feeling frustrated. The service, though initially attentive, lacked necessary follow-up when issues were reported.

I stayed in a Standard Suite with Mountain View, Upper Floor, and the views of Mt. Fuji were simply breathtaking. The private onsen provided a perfect way to relax after a long day, and the locally sourced meals served were absolutely divine. The staff was attentive and well-trained, particularly during our dinner when they took time to explain each dish. My only concern was that the wi-fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, the experience was memorable.

The food was beautifully presented, with innovative dishes at every meal. However, there was no shuttle service from the bus station, which made getting there a bit challenging. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected, and some furniture seemed worn. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit difficult at times, especially when I needed assistance. Despite the minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable.

This place was just a good match for a brief pit stop in Fujikawaguchiko with great value. The open-air balcony with views of Mt. Fuji was a perfect spot to enjoy some wine in the evening. I'd recommend checking if they have any activities planned ahead of time.

Stunning room, stunning view, the deluxe suite with mountain view offered us beautiful scenery right from our window, and the in-room onsen provided an amazing way to relax after a day of exploring with complimentary bikes available for our ride around the area.
